Join our Inspire programme which is part of the Youth Employment Initiative Tees Valley Pathways programme and experience a unique combination of fire fighting activities with job search and employment related skills.

If you are aged 16 to 29; live in Redcar & Cleveland,Middlesbrough, Stockton or Hartlepool and are not currently in education, employment, training or learning then give us a call to talk about joining us on our Inspire programme.

  • 6 week programme – starting 7 May 2019
  • Includes 3 days and 2 nights residential
  • One to One Support
  • Participants work towards gaining a BTEC Award in Fire & Rescue Services in the Community
  • Benefits are NOT affected

The Tees Valley Pathways Programme will support 8,698 young people aged 15 to 29 across the Tees Valley who are unemployed or inactive with the aim of progressing them into Education, Employment, Training or Self-Employment.

The programme is delivered by a consortium of organisations from the Public, Private and Voluntary Sector. The overall contract value is £25.38m with £9.52m from European Social Fund, £9.52m from Youth Employment Initiative and £6.34 of Match Funding. It is part-funded by the European Social Fund and supported under the Youth Employment Initiative.
