25% fire damage to Kitchen, 100% Smoke Damage to remainder of house.

Fire Brigade personnel rescued 1 dog from reservoir and administered first aid. Dog left in hands of owner.

Flat fire, 2 breathing apparatus, 1 hose reel, positive pressure ventilation were used to extinguish the fire. 1 casualty was rescued from the flat by Fire Brigade and 2 casualties were transported to hospital via Ambulance. Damage details 100% damage to toaster, 20% damage to kitchen.

Assistance given to RSPCA, to rescue 1 dog from well. Approximately 4 metres below the surface. Rescued using 2 lengths of fire hose and 1 water rescue qualified firefighter entering the well.

Dog was happy and apparently uninjured passed to RSPCA.

1 Fire brigade officer also attended the incident.
