It’s official: Cleveland safest place to live for home fires

Latest figures show that Cleveland Fire Brigade has for the second year in a row reduced the number of fires in the home across Cleveland – maintaining the Brigade’s poll position as the best fire service in the UK at keeping people safe in their homes. Cleveland Fire Brigade Vehicle Accident

Cleveland Fire Brigade confirms that one of it’s fire engines was involved in a road traffic accident tonight (30/04) at 9pm. The fire engine from Stockton Community Fire Station was one of five engines responding to an emergency incident in Middlesbrough. Cleveland Fire Brigade has been tackling large and dangerous woodland and grassland fires all over the bank holiday weekend, which they are continuing to monitor and assess today.
