Priority Services Membership

Northern Powergrid offers a free Priority Services Membership to provide extra support and assistance during power cuts or when special help is needed. This service is especially beneficial for individuals who rely on medical equipment, have specific communication needs, or may find power outages particularly challenging.​

At Cleveland Fire Brigade, we would encourage all eligible individuals to take advantage of this valuable service to ensure safety and wellbeing during power-related incidents.​

What are the benefits of a Priority Services Membership?

  • Dedicated Support: Members receive a direct-dial number to contact the Priority Services team whenever assistance is required. ​
  • Proactive Updates: In the event of a power cut, members are kept informed with regular updates to ensure they are aware of the situation and any expected restoration times. ​
  • Tailored Assistance: The service offers support and advice on energy use at home, helping members manage their energy needs effectively.

The Priority Services Membership is designed for customers who:​

  • Depend on medical equipment that requires electricity.
  • Have specific communication needs
  • Are elderly, very ill, or have a disability
  • Have children under five years old

How to Register:

Joining the Priority Services Membership is straightforward. Please fill in your details below:

Priority Services Register

We will collect the information you provide to transfer it to Northern Powergrid’s Priority Services Register. This will enable you to receive the services outlined in Northern Powergrid's welcome pack, including assistance in the event of a power cut. Northern Powergrid may share your information with other companies that provide similar priority services, such as your electricity supplier, gas transporter, and water supply company, to ensure you receive the appropriate support.
