SCHOOL VISITS
Redcar Fire Station is proactively involved with all the schools within our area. So far this year the Station has visited every primary school on at least one occasion. This has resulted in the Brigade being able to pass its Fire Safety message to approximately 4250 children. The visits and talks to the children are tailored to suit the needs of the age group and are fully supported by all the Staff of the schools involved. The talks are conducted in a way that the children have fun as well as receiving a serious message on Fire Safety.
