Station Manager

The Station Manager at Redcar Fire station is George Crooks. George joined Cleveland Fire Brigade in 1979 and has served in a number of operational posts throughout Cleveland including Watch Manager at Redcar Station. George left Redcar Station to develop the Brigade's involvement of Arson Reduction as the Arson Reduction Manager for 5 years. George also worked along side Cleveland Police and carried out 110 joint fire and police investigations.

APPLIANCES & PERSONNEL

Redcar Fire Station is staffed by 52 highly trained Firefighters who are supported by a Station Clerk who is responsible for the daily administration of the Station. The Station is Staffed 24 hours a day 365 days a year and operate a 4 Watch system. Redcar Fire Station has two operational appliances that are kitted with the latest high tech equipment to meet the needs of the community
