Dear Mr Owens,

May I take this opportunity to thank you and your team for their professional and dedicated way they assisted CTC with the provision of an Emergency Response Team during the Mobilisation of the Pioneer Barge at Tees Offshore Base.

This project presented us with many difficult scenarios with regard to ensuring the safety of our engineers and contract personnel, namely the need for rescue in the event of emergency from a confined/restricted area. Cleveland Fire Brigade was able to provide a full package, including provision of Risk Assessment, the required rescue apparatus and trained personnel in order for us to complete the project with no incidents.
