Job Title:        HR Assistant
 
Salary:            £16,536 - £18,430 (starting salary £16,536) Pay award pending
 
Location:        Cleveland Fire Brigade Headquarters
  
The Human Resources Department is looking for an enthusiastic, motivated individual to support the busy team in their day to day work including general personnel and recruitment and selection procedures.
 
This is an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to all aspects of Human Resources.
 
The purpose of this role is to assist with the provision of a professional and effective Human Resources Service within the Brigade.
 
The successful candidate will have previous experience of providing assistance within a busy office environment, preferably in a Human Resources Department, will have excellent organisation skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills and be a self-starter who is able to work with the minimum of supervision and on their own initiative
